Having lived and studied in Amsterdam, Sidney, Shanghai and London made me discover I am driven by meeting new people and building up lasting relationships.

After finishing my masters, I started working at a global commercial real estate firm. Besides learning how to handle deals and think in a commercially savvy way, I soon picked up interest in the internal operations on a people level. The importance of the right skill in the right position within a business.

So, I was determined to work as a recruitment consultant for an international agency. That’s where I fell in love with the job and developed the dream to start my own business and focus on the world of data and analytics. Here I am, looking forward to be working together as partners!

After my master's study in business administration at the University of Amsterdam, I worked for almost 6 years at a renowned IT Recruitment office, specializing in the mediation of Business Intelligence and Data Science specialists. Here I gained the experience to help both candidates and companies to make the right match.

The digitization of companies has always interested me, so it's great if I can contribute to this. Furthermore, it was always a dream to have my own company. I know Paul from high school, and he had the same ambition. That is why we started with Teunissen & Van Unen. We strive for long-term collaborations and partnerships!
